No signal to monitor after I boot up my PC

Monitor won’t post or get any signal after I reapplied new thermal paste to cpu and re-slotted my new ram. It’s showing DRAM/CPU lights atm. 

…It was working before I reapplied thermal paste.
Already tried clearing CMOS, checked for any loose cables, and removed/moved the ram sticks around. Still nothing. Anyone got any solutions, I need help
