Best micro atx mini/mid tower case under 65 dollars?

For my second build I am planning, I was going to go with a mid-atx case (non micro) but I realize that the spare desk that I have may be too big for it..Hence why i am going with a mid or mini micro atx case instead

 

I tend to like small cases that are similar to the fbm 01 srm 01 since I like the sizes of those cases since they were light for me to carry..I don't mind it being the cases being a little bigger than both of those cases listed

 

What I am looking for

-Good cable management

-front usb ports

-good case airflow

-two prebuilt fans or the front fan being pre-built 

-Enough for a single high end video card

I vote for either the Air 240 or Core 1100/1000 USB 3.0. The Define Mini is also quite alright c:

How about the other two then? (I know the Core 1100/1000 USB 3.0 are both around $30 but idk about the Define Mini's pricing)

you could get the thermaltake core v1 or v21 they are both $50-$60

1100/1000 doesn't look like it has good cable management

To be honest, I don't want cases that are too small like those since I want a case that is not too big nor too small and is enough for me to easily work around in...I'm just not used to working cases so small and would make my cable management days go bad

Small as in very hard to work in...Well to me anyways, I tend to work on cases that are similar to the fbm 01 or srm 01
