Am I getting ripped off?

I'm looking to buy my first PC. I've been eyeing this one at Costco (I know its not a great store for computers but bare with me). Here is the link to it https://www.costco.ca/HP-Envy-750-439cb%2c-Bilingual-Desktop%2c-i7-6700.product.100317127.html . Is it a bad deal? I'd be mostly using it to do video editing and other homework and the most demanding game I would be playing would probably be NBA 2K. Also I don't already have a monitor so the included one is good.

Yes. A $1,000 system with an i7-6700 should not have a GTX 750 Ti along for the ride.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

It would be great if it had at least an additional 250GB SSD and at least a GTX970 or 1060 6GB.

Why are you including a $150 worth of peripherals when you only have a 22" monitor even when the OG post had a 27" and you didn't even add an SSD and only 1Tb? Why? Your's isn't much better than Cosco's.

I do light gaming and I have a 470... My most gpu instenive games are bf1 and r6 siege

nba 2k is really light tho, its gonna run at native 4k on the ps4 pro

You are looking at roughly ~1300 Canadian for the same specs as this one from Costco, built yourself. You could potentially get it slightly cheaper if you get a worse case, iffy power supply, etc. 

I would recommend taking that money, and building your own. Instead, including an SSD, as well as a better HDD (faster will help with Video Editing). You could also get a better GPU for the money as well, at least one that has better power usage.
