That is much better than @deXxterlab97's

 

It features the Latest Kaby Lake CPU (faster than Skylake's i7-6700)and has an Extra 250GB with a 1050 2GB. That is if you want an exact copy of the Cosco one, but with better specs. I wouldn't recommend that build, but if you really wanted that set of specs its good. @deXxterlab97's had a better keyboard, but he failed to put Windows on there.  NVM

It doesn't matter how often you play them. If your system is designed to play BF1 and R6:Siege to a good degree, then that's not "light gaming".

 

Light gaming is a bit of LoL or Rocket League, and can run on lower hardware. The GTX 1050 is a fine choice. Put an RX 460 in there instead if you prefer an AMD solution.

Now, if @EmHo doesn't actually need the 27" Monitor, or the compact form factor, this build can definitely be tweaked even more.

I agree. That Cosco build was a bit dumb all around. Like regardless of the cost it didn't make any sense. I'd could make a much better build without ANY reference to Cosco's.

I designed my rig to run whatever I decided I was going to play... Never planed to play bf1 or r6 siege, both those games were gifts from my gf for christmas

Do you need a i7-7700? That is crazy high end and expensive. You could easily swap this build around and get something much better. Do you know how large 27"? Because its pretty big and it won't look the best at 1080P.

How big do you really want? 27" is quite large for a computer monitor, and at 1080p, you might find objects appear too large on screen. If you are dead set on 27", I would suggest a 1440p monitor instead.

 

However, I would first suggest that you check out 24" monitors - 1080p at 24" is still decent, and the size is quite large. If, after seeing a 24" monitor, and you still want 27", then that's totally fine.

The OP did say they were video editing. The extra HT might be useful for rendering the output. Still, an i5-7xxx series would still perform nicely.

lol I guess you have you AA turned off like me too  for some reason setting that to 8X gives me 30 fps .-. and it dips to less that 15 if something blows up
