Go for the 4460, it's the exact same thing as the 6500, just that the 4460 uses like 20 more watts and has older graphics. The 6500 will give you no performance boost and will blow your budget.

Ok

That doesn't make it appropriate.

You also need to think about RAM. DDR3 is a lot cheaper than DDR4 (4460 is DDR3 and 6500 is DDR4).

This also. Remember there's more than 4 parts to a PC.

If you're going to get one part now and then wait for 3 months to buy the other. Then I would recommend this. Don't buy anything, put the money in a jar, start saving for the 3 months, come back in 3 months with all your money, Ryzen will be out, Kaby Lake will drop price as well as Skylake. So then, you can decide. If you're buying Skylake now and wait for 3 months for a mobo, better wait and buy Kaby Lake all together in 3 months. Or maybe Ryzen, if anything, at least I'm hoping Intel to drop prices with it.

Like I said, just wait for Ryzen and save your money, then buy Skylake or Kaby Lake all together, either i5 6500 or i5 7500. For the motherboard, something I suggest is go for something you feel comfortable paying and has everything you need. If you are not overclocking, there's nothing much you gain from expensive motherboards. All they do is have better cooling, or better storage solutions, or WiFi. But there's cheap ones with WiFi and Bluetooth, if that's something you need. But go for H110 for now and save money.
