Which is better?

BenQ if you have an AMD Card (Freesync)

Asus if you have an Nvidia Card (G-Sync)

Keep in Mind, the Asus has a Feature, BenQ does not have, which comes as a part of Gsync.

Ultra Low Motion Blur here works up to 240 Hz, not just 120 Hz, which is highest untill now. And ULMB should give the smoothest motions

Edit: And also keep in Mind, you are paying 500 € for an 1080p TN Panel.

The ONLY purpose of this Monitor is competetive / esports / ranking.

This will not be a beautiful display, this will not be a sharp display.

If you don't play at least 80% of your gaming-time competetively, i would not recommend such a Monitor. ^^
