then yeah you will be able to game with your list. 

an i7 would be better but you dont always need 1 an i5 will do fine and you have a 1070 for graphics, thats a good card.

your motherboard you can use for overclocking but you not getting a cpu that you can overclock anyway.

i dont no much about the cooler if its good or not so cant help there sorry 

overall yeah its a good set up

only thing id maybe add is an ssd as your boot disk but you can do that when you have more money
