Can't install latest intel i 1219 v lan driver (bsod)

can't install latest intel i 1219 v driver, latest i have is  ver 12.13.17.7 from 13 august 2016
 
 
How do i force windows to install the lastest driver, whgen ever i tru the older drivet gets installed before i have installed the latest driver

You don't happen to be using windows server, do you?

Don't use an don't have a  server

 

Some times my pc bsod and when it restarts netspeedmonitor shows up as the first thing and needs to be configured (very quick to do) My lan driver say Intel ethernet Connection (2) i1219-v  im not shure about the (2) any way the bsod can sometimes indicate driver problems so because of the (2) i looked at the driver, it's older than the driver om the cd/dvd and theres a newer driver than on the disc
