Will a laptop 1070 be bottlenecked by the i7 6700hq?

Looking into getting into the New Aleinware 15, and i don't wanna go over 2000$, but if possible get a gtx 1070, and i can do that if i get a i7 6700hq, the other option is the i7 6700hk factory overclocked to 4.1 Ghz, and the i7 6700hq can have 4 cores turbo up to 3.1ghz, so my question is am i ok with the i7 6700hq and 1070 or should i spend the extra money, a third option is pairing a 1060 with the i7 6700hq, and i could spend the gpu money on a 4k screen, so answer 2 questions, the one in the title, and which of those 3 options is the best one?

1060 or 1070 can't do 4k with over 60 fps in all games, but will do ok in some games tho...

also the mobile gtx 1070 is not as strong as the desktop 1070, so no bottleneck here, no worries... have fun

Won't be gaming at 4k, 1440p or 1080p, laptop gpu's this gen almost stack up to their desktop versions (but there hella expensive) i hear its around a 5% difference,

The 6700HQ is a pretty capable CPU. There's a reason why it's in every gaming laptop on the market. Shouldn't be a bottleneck at all.

I've got a laptop with the 6700HQ and a GTX 1060, and the performance is solid all around.

Great computer choice, BUT stress test it as soon as you get it to make sure that it does not have an uneven heatsink.  If it does, the temperatures will be very different from each other and they should not.

Enjoy!

What if it does have an uneven heatsink?

Return it. Or you could attempt to fix it by reapplying thermal paste and trying to bend the heatsink screw so it covers it more evenly.  There's a forum that shows you how, but I can't find the link,
