Asus z170a mess up

I overclocked my ram with the xmp profile, then I used some auto tweak think on the bios for 20% increase on the processor, problem is my ram that is 3200mhz now run between 3300 and 3400, how is that possible and is it harmful? The processor i5 6600k run at 4.2 ghz.

I went back and reverted the settings, to only apply the xmp profile, now my ram is precisely clocked at 3200mhz (1600 in cpuz x2) and the processor run at precisely 3.9ghz at most on 1.248 volt or so.

Your overclock seems fine, and with the ram,you just won the silicon lottery!

if it succeeds in a stability test, for exemple Aida 64, your overclock is Stanley!
