Awww Yeah. EKWB GTX 780 Lightning Waterblock!

lizart951

EK Water Blocks, Ljubljana based premium water cooling gear manufacturer, is proud to introduce a new Full-Cover water block for MSI N780 Lightning series graphics cards.

EK-FC780 GTX Lightning water block directly cools the GPU, RAM as well as VRM (voltage regulation module) as water flows directly over these critical areas. This allows the graphics card and it's VRM to remain stable under high overclocks. EK-FC780 GTX Lightning water block also features a very high flow design therefore it can be easily used in liquid cooling systems using weaker water pumps.

Base is made of nickel plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality POM Acetal material which extends over entine lenght of the circuit board. Up to four EK-FC780 GTX Lightning series water blocks can be interconnected with EK-FC Terminal or HD Tube & Adapter System system - depending on the variant - which allows for hassle-free piping job.

The product is available in a single variant and can utilize MSI factory provided backplate:

  • EK-FC780 GTX Lightning - Acetal+Nickel - 119,95€

Products are readily available for purchase through EK Webshop and Partner Reseller Network.

Hmm yeah, I think 50% of the reason I never bothered with water cooling is aesthetics, not only does tubing look ass, but I've never seen a single good looking water block.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

This card definitely makes more sense this way, without the massive heavy cooler causing it to warp all the time.

You can get acrylic tubing now and that stuff looks amazing in a loop. As for the blocks, you don't even see them once they are on the cards. The most you would see is the ports and the backplate. That said, I like the look of EK's new blocks. A hell of a lot better than that CSQ junk. Their clear blocks look really nice with colored coolant running through them.

780 is 1000$ in bulgaria ouch...

a little bit more somewhere between 1300 $ and 1100 $ (diferend board partners)  , and just for comparison titan is 2000 $ .For that amout of money i can build myself a new pc.They want me to get a water block for that card it will probably cost like a half of price for the card.
