Are you using Visual Studios?

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Well...  With visual studio, you can just drag and drop buttons where you want them to go... haha.

Are you using ASP.NET? If so, what kind of ASP.NET application are you building? A button can be different for each type of application.

No but what type of C# application is it?

Is it a .NET Core app or a .NET framework app or is it a mono app?

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

After talking to the OP in PMs it's actually just a client-side only site (only HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). No C# or server-side language is being used.

No problem. I just wanted to mention it in case more people come to ask you more questions about C# and stuff.
