Hello, 1 week ago i bought a 6800K on Ebay, marked as OEM and new. So today i got it but it was clearly used and it has thermal paste marks. So thats it the seller has did, i failt.

Well 400 dollar can go fast if you buy stuff online.

About the Paypal stuff, all payments go true paypal if you pay on Ebay, well i think most of.

But if i open a dispute on Paypal they will say, "Euh and where is that payment then?" Right?

It was kinda stuppid to not link my Visa to PayPal and then paying with PayPal.

And a dispute with Visa?

With my bank then or Visa them self.

Because banks are kinda fuck here in Belgium
