4 sticks of RAM on with my i3?

I ordered a new kit of Crucial 2x4GB DDR4, but I am not sure if my CPU can handle 4 sticks. Can anyone confirm?
My motherbord is the Asus B150M-PLUS.
I have the same kit from before...

This is what Intel says on Ark:

Max # of Memory Channels 2

I don`t know what it means tho, but I thought it was that it only support 2 sticks?

Its dual channel, but supports 2 dual channel pairs, so 4 sticks.

You can't take advantage of quad-channel speeds, but you can still run 4 sticks.

Beacuse the motherboard support i5`s and i7`s which I know supports 4 sticks.
But now I know the i3 do too :)
