WTF Is This "USB Type C" Connector?

Bought a "USB Type C" quickcharge powerbank. The "USB C" connector looks like this:

 

The jack looks the same as the cable! Wtf?

Looks normal to me. The middle part sticking out inside the jack fits in the hole that is on the cable. It has contacts on both sides of it.

There is no middle thing inside the jack. The pins are on the outer walls, like my cable has

What product is it? can you give a link or its name?

 

Because for me it looks like a lightning connector.

But lightning connector is little bit smaller than USB C.

 

If not, it is defiantly something wrong with it.
