.rar can be unpacked with winRAR  software. But seems strange it hasn't got a .exe

Ok, So I just got a new SSD and I'm reinstalling all my programs and such. However I seem to be unable to install MSI Afterburner. When I download it from the website all I get is a .ZIP and that has a folder with a .rar in it but that is it. 

 

What am I doing wrong?

I downloaded the ZIP folder from the website as well, extracted it, and got the same RAR file out of it. The next thing I would try is a RAR extractor like 7-Zip and see if that works. If it doesn't, I can upload the fourth beta version of 4.3 of the executable if you want it(I archive executables onto my server).

I just opened it on my mac. inside the .rar is a .exe executable. Very strange they would zip a rar. The file size is slightly larger after compression.
