Gigabyte still got the CPU frequency record though for the 3770K :)

Z77 is where Asus made there best boards. Gigabytes SOC is pretty much on top. Asus ROG isn't as good anymore IMO.

yes I know. :) the mpower is the worst for 3770k. The Asus is the best for Sandy's.

well I still might grab it just for the looks, I would be snagging it for a good price and could get my money back easy could even make money for a better board.

I am getting ready to embark some modding of my r4 and was not feeling the asrock rock from a modding stand point, as I do love the board. it has handled my 3570k at 5.2ghz.

edit-so it sounds like the up7 is top dog

Good luck if you try and find one.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. the up7 is very rare and expensive. If I was you I would just get whichever of the 4 you can find at a good price. They are all good boards tbh.

Proud of me now jumper? i finally got around to overclocking my cpu more :P although this time my core clock is lower but my memory is higher. couldnt get it to go to my original core clock at all so i just settled for less, also added some more cooling this time

My Asus 970 isn't the OC edition. Accidently bought the wrong one, but it can boost all the way up and not crash so not too sad about it.

Can't wait to get my hands on another 970!
