If you're going to do it, put it in a spoiler, and clearly label around it that it's gorey. Or just PM the person directly with it to keep someone from accidentally clicking on the spoiler - I actually like that better.

If I was really smart I'd just put it on youtube (I was recording as I fell, actually probably while I fell) but really I'm not posting it, it a nasty ass cut.
