TV tuner card

Tmt97

So I've been thinking of adding a tv tuner card to my computer so I can record my tv shows on it. I know very little about these though, so I'm not sure how to shop for one. I'd like to get something for as cheap as possible, but I also don't know what exactly I'll be sacrificing by buying something cheaper. Can anyone who have used these before help guide me on this? Thanks

edit: (not sure if this is the right place to put this topic, but it made the most sense.)

I haven't heard of PC Tuner cards for a long time. And after doing some research, I can't find one cheap as most are old and no longer in production. This is one of the only cheapish ones I found.

But keep in mind that it will probably only work with OTA channels
