It would be a ton of help if you gave us the exact CPU, the cooler you're using, average temps usually and the average temperature of the area you stay in. Also check what's running in the background. And current cpu utilisation and performance. 

So like the whole hwinfo window + the cooler you're using.

Your package was as low as 40°C at one point,

they have 6P cores and 8E cores, they have 13600(k)/13500(k) Intel,

 

13600 max turbo power is 154W, it's a literal Heater,

 

in other words unless it's reaching 80-85°C while gaming it's okay

Yeah. I was thinking he was concerned about massive increases while gaming but now I'm thinking he's just slightly confused and I'm just a bit of an idiot.
