A friend of mine want to buy a gaming pc with a 1060 6GB(with screen, mouse and keyboard) and i was wondering if he should buy an i5-6400 instead of an i3-6100 that he can buy in a bundle for 380 euro's with a motherboard, 275GB ssd, case, 400Watt power supply and 8GB of DDR4 ram. His budget is around 800 euro's.

The i3 will probably work, but I would recommand the i5.

If possible, I'd get a replacement such as a CX450M or XFX TS 430W before getting the new graphics card as I am very unsure on the quality of that unit.

Get the i5 as many games wont even launch with only 2 cores. And get a better PSU, that one is absolute crap (As is many CM PSUs). 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.
