I'd get an i5 6500 over the 6400. 2.7ghz is pretty low.

Also, if you're in the US get a Seasonic G 550w PSU.

I would highly recommend you add a DVD drive. They're like $15 and will come in handy way more often than you might think!

Yes, it's 2871 as in the year 2871. I traveled all this way, back in time, just to help you. And you thought your mama lied when she said you were special-_-

I thought the Sugo case didn`t support optical drives? Or am I  missing something (besides external)?

to game or not to game, that`s the question

I didn't look at your case, it may not. Even so, an external drive is like $22. :P

that`s indeed true, but I`d pump that green stuff into a better GPU  rather than a optical drive

No, that PSU is probably garbage. I cannot identify what it is.

I recommend one of these instead:

For $79 you can get a XFX TS 550W

https://www.pccasegear.com/products/33118/

For $82 you can get an Antec NEO ECO 520W

au.pcpartpicker.com/product/ZDH323/

For $85 you can get a Corsair CX450M

au.pcpartpicker.com/product/FQ648d/

For $93.50 you can get a Fractal Design Edison 450M

au.pcpartpicker.com/product/dYJkcf/

For $96 you can get a Seasonic G 550

au.pcpartpicker.com/product/D2XfrH/

For $99 you can get a Coolermaster V 450M

au.pcpartpicker.com/product/wD38TW/

For $99 you can get a Fractal Design Integra M 550W

au.pcpartpicker.com/product/n48H99/

For $99 you can get a Antec HCG 520M

au.pcpartpicker.com/product/VCxfrH/

All of these are great units, you cannot go wrong with any of these, 450W should be enough. Look their warranties, if it is Semi, fully or not modular and what connector they have and what you need or want.

There's a miniscule increase from a 3GB GTX 1060 to a 6GB, honestly not worth the extra money.
