So my friends father is a game developer who got an offer from besthesda to work there. While he was there, the recruiter said that they were developing THE FALLOUT 5 ENGINE.

Of course the FO5 engine will be in development now, at least if they want to be able to release FO5 by 2022.

Bethesda use the same engines for their Fallout and Elder scrolls series, once they make the engine they can make the games to go with it.
