Overkill for the current build, but because you are hoping to Crossfire, 750W is enough room for a second RX 480.

We're all weird. Just in our own, unique way.

Yes but please get a high quality unit. Anything from Tier 3 and up (even some tier 4s are fine, but they won't last as long) from the PSU ranking.

If money is a concern, you should be able to do crossfire 480s on a good 600W PSU like the S12II 620 from Seasonic.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

no no its not enough, perhaps 1KW or more would be better because than you can do 4x CF and overclock everything :P

750W is enough for CF with GPU + CPU Overclocking.

What PSU is it? Not all 750W units are created equal.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.

Not a great PSU for the money. An EVGA 750B2 is a far better quality unit and is much better for the money.
