I didn't even know you could get steam themes that's awesome! That theme looks loads better than the original imo.

 

BTW not much of a pc gamer and most games i play (regularly) use origin so don't know much about steam.

How do I get PixelVision?

go to the link i posted, download PV, put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\ Steam\Skins 

then in Steam go to settings>interface> and select PV from the dropdown

I use default because it's default.

I'm hardly ever on the steam UI anyway, I just boot up a game from my desktop and thats it...

Only time I go into steam UI is for sales lol
