Now I am at the hardest part of the components, picking the GPU.

The purpose of this system is for Gaming, Video Editing, and Streaming at the Monitor's native resolution of 1600X900. Here's the list of Games I hope to Play, Record, and Stream on:

(List is Subject to Change)
Combat Arms
Team Fortress 2
Euro Truck Simulator 2
American Truck Simulator
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Here are the GPU's I've been looking at lately:
XFX Radeon RX 460 4GB Double Dissipation  ($154.98 @ Newegg)
Sapphire Radeon RX 470 4GB  ($199.99 @ NCIX US)
XFX Radeon RX 480 8GB Black Edition  ($269.88 @ OutletPC)

I can afford to spend about $200-250 on a GPU come Christmas time, but I'm still unsure if the price for the 480 or 470 will justify the performance I get out of it. While they have 4 GB and 8GB Versions, I am unsure if I even need 8GB of Video Memory for my Gaming, Video Editing, and Streaming needs. Not to mention, I'm still questioning whether 2000+ Stream Processors is overkill for 900p or not.

Although I have seen a video from jayztwocents giving a case for buying an 8GB card for Video Editing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0W-5qpLyBpA

As for the 460, It's been a card I've been very interested in, especially the 4 GB Model, since I hear that for anything 1080p or less, 4GB of VRAM is plenty for Games. Though a lot of questions still remain on my mind for the 460. is 896 Steam Processors going to be enough for 900p now and into the future? and is 4 GB of VRAM Plenty enough for my Video Editing and Streaming needs?

And for those who are about to argue for Nvidia Cards, I have made the commitment to stick with AMD GPU's in this department. I am willing to forego the risk of AMD GPU's despite the Temperature, noise, and other excuses that people will throw at me to try and get me to buy Nvidia. Don't get me wrong, Nvidia does offer the superior performance in most situations, but I am willing to give AMD a chance with my rig, hence the name "Project Undertaker".

Any and All Feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,
- SoundFX09 -

no matter what you get cpu will bottleneck the hell out of the system go for a 460 and try and get a better cpu that fits that socket otherwise a better gpu is pointless

Performance will be really bad with that CPU...

Maybe get like a used 950 or 750ti or something?
