How to completly disable windows defender

So I have 100% had it with windows defender and all the random shit it does. (Specifically the auto-on feature). How do I turn it off? gpedit.msc doesn't work because some Microsoft people are assholes. Can't figure out how to register edit either because the internet hates me tonight.

 

If you can't tell im really pissed because I have been trying to do things for 2+ hours with no luck. Please read everything and realize if I say it doesn't work, IT DOESN"T WORK

How does your inability to figure out how to use Regedit correlate to the internet hating you? Are you using Windows 10 Version 1607?
