Is my first build good? i would like some help

So... I want to get a new PC that is capable of running games at high+ setting without problems with a budget of $1000 (not trying to spend it all) and here is what i have put together

i should mention that i will use this pc for digital painting too.

CPU: i5 6600k.

CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO...

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A or a MSI b150a gaming pro, unsure about which one should i get.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2133 16gb.

Storage: WB Blue 1TB 7200RPM.

Video CardEVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB (should i get the superclocked one?)

PSU: EVGA 00W 80+ White Certified ATX .

Extra fansCorsair Air Series AF120 LED Quiet Edition

I've seen people get an SSD and hard drive, is this necessary?

Also will this thing be quite?

I would really appreciate any recommendations since its my first time and bit scary ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Some notes

-Because i live in Costa Rica, i can only use Amazon.

-At some point i'll be using 3 displays ( 2 monitors and a interactive display like a cintiq for digital painting)

-I got the peripherals at home and ill buy the case here in Costa Rica (not paying $140 for shipping fee lol)

EDIT:

After doing some research and based on the suggestions that you guys gave I'll change to i5 6500.

Will also upgrade the PSU to a Corsair CXM series 450W 80+ Bronze

Thanks for all the suggestion it helped a lot more than expected!!

Now let's see if i can assemble this thing

If you're going with a 6600k, you'd want a Z170 mobo so you can overclock. Your current mobo's chipset won't allow you to do that.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

Hi! What amazon site can you use? Mexico or Brasil?

You should not get an i5-6600K without also getting a Z170 motherboard. An i5-6500 will be fine for you.

With the saved money, definitely upgrade your PSU (Corsair CX450M can be had for the same price as the EVGA 500W, give or take, and is much better), and get an SSD.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

So get an 80+ gold or bronze rated evga psu.  I prommise you wont need more than 600w.  Computers use a lot less power than it seems.  The ram is fine, cpu cooler is great i have the same one installed myself, the 1060 is the best gpu for the price on the market at the moment as far as im concerned.  I dont remember how much more the super clocked one is but if it isnt much id get it(less money wasted when upgrading down the road and sells for higher price). If the case you are getting already has fans in it id save the money and not buy fans for a bit.  I personally have a 1tb wd blue drive and it works great.  Not as fast as an ssd but i am more than happy with it.    The cpu you picked will do just fine and should last a long time.  As far as the motherboard goes the gigabyte one is the better option at the moment, but i would keep looking

I just use the regular amazon.com

The GPU requieres 400W, its ok to just have 450W? I've seen that a lot of people have 100W more than they need and it also make sense to me

450W will be enough. Actual power consumption of a 1060 is 120W, and in a 6600K OC system you won't pull more than 320W from the wall.

See if you can get the 6GB version of the 1060...  even if it is one of the mini ones.  The 3GB and 6GB versions have different GPUs in them.  The 3GB models are cut down chips.

That is a mean little trick Nvidia is pulling with the 1060.  The 3GB 1060 should be called something else, like 1050Ti or something.

It's not so bad especially with a memory overclock.

The new Deus Ex on the third.

TBH for people on a budget RX 470 is still king.

If you are going for the 6500, the cheapest one you can find.  The H110, B150, H170... they all perform the same.  The higher end ones (H170) will have some added features like extra USB 3.0 or USB 3.1 or something, but the core performance will be the same.

Out of the H110 boards, I believe AsRock is the only company that provides cooling on the VRM (power delivery) of the board.  If AsRock has cheap H110 boards, you can go with that.

@Undead115 ...and you are not bothering me... at all.  :)

Go 2x8GB sticks (DDR4) for the RAM.  Max supported speed is 2133MHz.  Only Z170 boards support faster than 2133MHz RAM.
