R9 380 vs R7 370

Hello, this is my first post here, and i am a little confused.

My PC is a: MSI 970 gaming mother board, with a Fx-8350 CPU  and 16 gb of RAM

I need to buy a gpu and i`m interested in the MSI Radeon R7 370 GAMING OC 2GB DDR5 256-bit vs the  MSI Radeon R9 380 GAMING 4GB DDR5 256-bit.

I know that the 380 is better, but considering I plan on gaming on a 1080p display, will it make that much of a difference so that the extra $$ will be worth it.

What i want to know is will i be able to play games like GTA V,  WITCHER III FARCRY IV on the cheaper GPU without any problems or the R9 is a must in this case ?

Both cards can do the job if you don't care too much about quality settings. 

What are the cards priced at? Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

What is the price difference between the two cards? If you're on a lower resolution or don't mind slightly lower settings then go for the R7 370 but if there's not much difference in price i'd try to stretch for the R9 380 personally.

370 will be plenty if you are okay with lower settings, but the 380 will probably last a bit longer.

Well the price difference between them is 100$ the R7 is priced at 200$ and the R9 at 301$ I live in Europe Romania.

The R9 seems like the better option. Can you link us to where you're shopping?

I finally completed my build.

I waited a little more and i got the asus rx 470 strix oc 4gb 256 bit. I got it second hand, and for a very good price.

I also got a new case new power supply and cooler. Im going to build the pc tomorrow and i will be showing a picture. 

The final specs are:

 

CPU: AMD FX-8350

MBO: MSI 970 Gaming

RAM: 16 GB ADATA XPG V2 DDR3 2400mhz

GPU ASUS RADEON RX 470 STRiX OC 4GB 256 bit

SSD: Kingston 120 gb 

HDD: WD 1TB 7200 rpm 

CPU COOLER: CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES H90

POWER: CORSAIR RM650x 650W 80+Gold 

CASE: COOLER MASTER Silencio 452

Here is my rig... I have a different power supply than i mentioned in original post ... was a mistake sorry about that

This case specified it had space for 140mm fans but the radiator with the 140mm fan from the corsair does not fit properly in the front, unless you mount it only in 2 points because for some reason the screws do not align with the holes on the case... and i also had to cut the top of the filter cover from the case in order for it to fit properly over the radiator needed to 2 more mm to get it to close. but after that it fits fine.
