My desktop is getting old and was thinking of getting a laptop anyway for its portability. Would be nice to crush games with that 1060 and also for some editing. Was thinking of getting asus gl552 vw but if i get this then that will be awesome. BTW is the asus gl552vw good enough for some light gaming and editing? I won't be able to buy a laptop for another couple years and i want one which will last that long. Any otger suggestions around 1000-1200$ are welcome

First, congratulations for having 3million subscribers!

The Razer Blade 14 meets my need perfectly-I' currently using a Alienware 17r2 which has a good performance in gaming, but it's just Sooooo heavy that it feels like there is a whole desktop in the bag every time i try to take it with me. I also have a Macbook which is really light and easy to carry around, but it's incapable of playing most of the games. It has been a dream for me to have a combination of these two. So when the Razer Blade pops up, i said to myself: This is the one. But sadly i don't have enough spare money for that  So i decide to try my luck here after watching the video

The Razor blade stealth would be amazing! I am going to be going to a Video Game Design school next year and it would be amazing to be able to save on not having to buy a laptop. The school itself is expensive enough.

Most of my brilliant ideas come when I'm on the toilet. I don't know why, it just does. Maybe if I start working or jotting down my thoughts there I'd get that promotion I've been gunning for. Speaking of "gunning for", if I start gaming on the toilet MAYBE I'd have a fighting chance and the edge to start winning on games, so people wouldn't call me an "ATM" anymore  on account that whenever people need to gain money/exp points they'd always come and kill me...you know, like an ATM machine.

 

So, definitely the Razer Blade for me! Need to desperately start winning!

Both laptops pack some major power into such a portable package. The Razer Blade's graphics card would be more useful to me as I would have the option to game and edit video on top of all of the other things I do that I can't imagine are very difficult for this machine to run. The 1080x1920 screen doesn't bother me as I have sadly never used any better. All other specs aside, I think it is the extra USB 3.0 port that really seals the deal.

I would choose the Razor blade 14. This laptop is small enough I can take it on my 6 hour trips every fortnight to my specialist. It would really help when I have migraines so I can just lay in bed on a laptop finishing work instead of sitting at my computer.
