New 1060 3gb, rx 470 4gb, or used gtx 970..?

Which card do you think is better @ the $200 (give or take a few bucks) and under price range. Where I am located a lot of used gtx 970's have been dropping to the $200 and under mark, so all 3 are around the same price for me. Please share your opinion about which card you think is the best option and why. Thanks.

Obviously 3GB of vram isn't enough for 1440p or 4k, but 1080p at high settings will work fine on almost every game.

There is no point in getting 4GB of vram if you can't even use it all due to low fps.

3gb of vram it's still plenty. It's like 1 or 2 settings you have to tweak on 1 or 2 games for almost no lost of visual fidelity.
