nope. it isnt, try to open any of the countries, they have a ph no for For Customer Services & Technical Support. i've tried it myself and it works. that being said, i didnt find this like by searching for microsoft customer support, i was actually trying to report piracy. so idk if this is actually easy to find or not.

That's not the same as product support. It would say support line. One does exist but not there.

I would be 99% certain that Luke didn't intend to mislead people, or spread misinformation. Probably an honest mistake.

You can call microsoft for windows support if having installation problems with your windows key, but thats just about it.

 

I recently did that and got to speak to a human.
