I'm pretty sure that the helpline is only for people who are having trouble activating their Windows installs, not people with other OS issues.

I'm not calling it because:

1: I have no issues with my Windows install.

2: I'm not in Canada.

3: I can't seem to find my country's number to call.

 I have called them multiple times for windows installation issues, and regardless of what all the options are, the only one where you can eventually speak to a person after loads of automated service is if your windows key doesnt work.
