I did one once but it was directly from a newspaper i subscribe to, they sent me a $50 gift card. I have often wondered what a person would make if they went nuts filling out every survey they possibly could, i guess it wouldn't hurt, especially if you're sitting at your PC not doing much anyway.

The google rewards thing, very little pay but their super quick and you can use the credit at the playstore etc

Most sites pay small change for 50 questions.
