Will Nvidia ever update the GTX 1070 Drivers?

Vengeance_K1ng
Go to solution Solved by Godlygamer23,

Yes, they will release a new driver at some point. They wouldn't be a very good company if they didn't support their new products.

Its been a month today, and still no driver. Is this their only driver they are going to release?

Open up the GeForce Experience. Go to the Preferences tab, at the bottom click on the box that says "Beta Drivers"

You'll get more updates, just know they aren't always stable.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

If they are beta drivers, I prob wont get them because I dont wanna take a risk or anything or have bugs

Do you have any performance issues with your 1070? Because if not, why fix something that is not broken.

it's because no new major AAA titles have launched...during the summer not many games launch...nvidia typically launch a new driver a couple days before every new worthy game hit the market.

Any driver revision can have bugs or issues, no matter the official "state" it's in.
