I have not played many, but I liked Ocarina of Time and The Four Sword Adventure. Skyward Sword was kinda fun too, but the motion controls got tiring after a bit.

It's a generational thing but Link to the past. Far and away best Zelda game. Might even be close to the top 10 in the best games of all times in fact.

While I enjoyed the N64 a lot it still isn't the best console out there imo. Lack of third party support and the PS1 was killing it.
