Would need to be modded though? cards usually shut down after a certain temperature and they are locked to a normal maximum unless you mod them?

Flash a custom BIOS, unlocks voltage, can remove safeties in place.

People for years have gotten colder temps with a radiator by putting it in a bucket of ice, his logic kinda works i think.
