Activism is a response to ruling policy that is deemed to be harmful or counter productive.  SJW is a term used to broadly discriminate against activism.  Do you understand that?

technically in it's grounded form it's what is called "POLITICS" simple as that , this statement reduces down to political agenda, like anything else we agreed & disagreed so far,

 

people with opinion gather around an ideology & express it's beneficial for people in the long run , try to express pro's & cons , doesn't matter if other half agrees with it or not they will move forward with this & there will always be a general group supporting & promoting this ,

 

as long as our country is democratic & fair , ideas like this included under free speech is & should be permissible , just dont let it spin outta control & go on atack mode on the other side using it as an excuse for a free pass to attack  & demean the other , agree or disagree

IDK what we should do about it, if anything. Yeah, It's fiction. Arguably Anime porn is better than the real stuff because nobody actually is being exposed. At the same time underage people typically are more computer savy than their parents who have less understanding/control over what their children are able to view so it can sort of feel helpless to be them.

Do you really think that there is some sense of what a SJW is here on the net?  Any movement involving real activism has a bunch of idiots screaming SJW and libtards at the people involved.  There is no way that using the term SJW has any, and I mean ANY, positive effect in the progression of a countries policy.  It is just a way to scream "n*gger" or "n*gger sympathizer" for many of the people that use it.

I feel conservatives scapegoat fictional/minimal problems especially when the reproductive organs are involved. It's also visible in the transgender/gay rights things. I'm catholic background, I will only marry a woman, but we have separation of church and state (best thing ever!) so why should I care who other people choose to love? It sucks how much freedom of speech can be used to pass laws against others' faith passively.

Yes stupidity is a problem for each one of us, personally.  It is something we should always work on.  <<<I know that is not what you meant.

 

What I am saying is blanket designations like "SJW" are not productive to describing any good, or bad, political movement... or the people involved.  It is used as a discriminatory tool to lessen the impact of any political movement. 

 

If a movement is non productive or even counter productive:  Like taking away abortion rights for women... you discuss the nuances of the issue.  You should not resort to name calling.

 

@AresKrieger  Hey, I did it too.  I used the term:  bible thumper.  I should have said relious zealots.  With "bible thumper", there is a suggestion of imagining a person thumping on a bible as if to indicate that the book is the answer to anything and everything.

 

With SJW, what is the imagery?  Someone that fights for social justice.  Okay, that could be a good thing.  The sky god has never helped anyone.  SJW's, depending on your definition, have helped people in the past.

I'm libertarian, I don't care what people do with their own lives since it's their choice, but I get annoyed when people try to limit free speech or think the world should care about them more than anyone else (narcissists) and use activism to elevate their position.

I understand that.  But the description of SJW is not that of something that is necessarily bad.  ...some people use it to discriminate against any activism.  I have heard it with my own ears, and seen it all over comment sections.  Whether or not your definition is plied properly to describe a fallacy in a particular political movement, many people use it like one would use the term n*gger to discriminate. 

 

It is an unnecessary term, and outside a particular circle of people that has a set definition, it becomes detrimental to improving life.
