Cursor randomly disappearing over text field

Go to solution Solved by colonel_mortis,

There's nothing we can do about it - the editor area, and associated caret (which I presume is what you're talking about), is a stock feature of the browser, and not something that we control.

Idk what's going on but sometimes when I'm typing in a text field on the forum it will randomly make my cursor disappear.

@colonel_mortis Could you take a look at this? It's really annoying.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

This is most likely on your end, as most vBulletin, phpBB and other forum softwares -- which includes what LinusTechTips uses, all use standard text editors. As such, this issue, while possible being widespread, is most likely on your end only. Furthermore, have you tried recreating it across multiple machines and browsers? (If it is forum issue, it may be with a single browser, and as such multiple browsers would benefit whether it's on your end or the forum's.)
