Make sure to do a full screenshot of the desktop with the CPU-Z and full cinebench windows in view, I also say this because the CPU on Cinebench is different than on CPU-Z so doing this confirms your submitting the correct CPU, might be a Cinebench issue but a full screenshot will confirm this. :)

Decided to throw a 3D+ overclock at my ZOTAC GTX 980 Ti AMP! Extreme Edition, but to no avail...

Around 60-65. cpu is delidded with thermal grizzly kryonaut and then resealed. 

At 4.8 ghz 1.375v Aida64 cpu test max temp is 68c, cinebench runs a bit cooler.

The R15 openGL test is bound by CPU performance on most decent graphics cards :)

Okay, the openGL will remain at 93.29 FPS forever :(

P.S. I dont really care about openGL, mostly DirectX, which I kill FPS wise.

My graphics card is an old hd6770, 
I also have 16gb 1600MHz ram
I have a i7 4790  non k running 4ghz  on stock cooler
