I don't see why it wouldn't, I don't want to be to rough on the CPU though and degrade it to the point that i can't run 5 ghz 24/7

simple. put you cpu, cache and ram multi as low as you can and increase it till it does boot any more. you ight wan to increase the pch voltage once you get over 150-175mhz

Basicly :

Over 100nm difference between CPU and GPU, no AVX, no VT, no -bit (Win 8 thing), no 64-bit, no SSE4, no SSE3 even.

2,5V is stock for DDR1.

2,25V is 50% higher than default 1,5V for DDR3 (or 67% higher if they are DDR3L [1,35V]).

Ddr3 Samsung ics with good pcb design can take 2.1-2.4v on air no problem with a fan pointed at em, I've been benching for months off and on with the ram I have now at 2.1v, not even the slightest amount of degradation.

Still does same speeds at same timings and same volts.
