No, and frankly it doesn't make sense to buy a 4090 this late in its life cycle anyway. Its nearing 2 years old and still costs essentially what it did when new. 4080 S's are half the price. 

 

Just throw on some DLSS/FSR and enjoy. 

 

Honestly if you have to ask if a 4090 is "worth it" at all, you shouldn't be buying a 4090.
