I would say cryorig h7 but I can't find it in the UK, so bequiet pure rock https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/cwPzK8/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk009 is a good alternative (and really cheap in the UK)

Oh you' upgrading ummm 1 sec

What's the issue with the 212 Evo you currently have?

Want cooler temps, plus I want a better look to it

going beyond a hyper 212 evo has pretty diminishing returns (don't get me wrong, there are definitely returns to be had)

if you are willing to go for it, get a AIO liquid cooler, as it will preform better, be quieter, and look awesome in your rig.

What cpu do you have, what kind of temps do you currently have, and what are you shooting for?

Wow 798!!

Did you overclock to 45Ghz?

(Those temps (79 or 78) are not bad BTW)

That seems unusually high. What's your core voltage setting?

No, it's not. The H100i GTX is much quieter but still isn't as quiet as cheaper air coolers.

1.1v If I push the voltage, nothing is stable because my temps shoot up to 87*c

Temps shouldn't be that high. You should be able to psu 1.2v with lower temps.

Try reseating the cooler and make sure that the protective plastic at the base has been removed.

Wow, that sucks. How's it feel to be on fire?

I'll echo what @WoodenMarker said. Sounds more like you need to reseat your cooler with new paste than anything else. An 212 EVO has more to it than that.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
