Can't Open Regedit!

whenever i try to open regedit it always gives me the error "registry editing has been disabled by your administrator" how do i re-enable it?. I also can not open task manager since its blacked out so if you could help with that too then that would be great! im using windows 10 if that helps

right click, run as administrator, provide password if applicable?

Is the account you're using an administrator account?

Are you administrator?

Virus infection of some sort. Run a scan on it.
