Yes, but the RX 480 is comming out in a week, and is going to be much better for a similar price. you should wait and buy that.

Kinda weird you spend more on case than monitor.....

 

Also, wait for RX 480 for 100%. Do not buy the 380 now, absolutely not.

 

Go 16 gigs ram.

If I were you I would be looking for a better quality PSU, maybe something that is fully modular or 80+ Gold

 

Also, there are many great cases out there that are much better than the Enthoo Pro for even cheaper

 

Third, if you want to save about ~$100 you could go for a mini-itx build, which would perform just as well, but it would be smaller
