Will i3-4170 and GTX 950 bottleneck?

I'm play dota 2 most of the time, but I have a future plans on playing other games.

 

is this cpu and gpu combo good?

That's a pretty solid combo.

Should work fine for light games like Dota 2. Will struggle on stuff that takes much more though, unless you play at low settings at low res.

The gpu wlll be the limiting factor in higher end titles (mainly)

Your CPU will be fine to GTX 970 or 390 but that is pushing it.

What GTX 950? MSI? ASUS? GIGABYTE?

In most games, Your CPU will not truly "bottleneck" any GPU on the market today except MAYBE a 1080. The only time you have to worry about "bottlenecks" is if you are playing CPU intensive games. MOST games are very light workloads for a CPU. Especially when it comes to things like MOBA's, this is not something you will ever have to consider.

How about for the mother board im using GIGABYTE GA-H81M-DS2 is this enough for moba games?

The MB does not affect the performance of the PC, it just adds different features like different connectors for different types of SSDs, adding different BIOSs, all which doesn't matter to you.

Well I've been reading your replies, and it's been very interesting. I have a similar CPU (4130) and I have to buy a new motherboard. I can't buy a new CPU for now, so do you confirm that I will be fine with my CPU for the games to come, including VR, providing that have a solid GPU. Otherwise, do you think buying a Haswell core i5 would be a choice for the years to come, instead of more recent CPU's? Thanks
