I just got the LG G5 and it's a fantastic phone. The 138o  camera is also really cool great for capturing a large group or trying to capture a geographical feature. The screen looks fantastic and better yet its very precise. USB-C charges the phone very quickly (probably under an hour from dead.). I paid $200 CAD for it so it should be well under your budget.
