Well if it is the first gen i5s then consider a free i5 upgrade for yourself no? You have a h55 motherboard which is for first gen core ix CPUs :D

I have LGA 1156 and I think they are 1150 or LGA 775. I can always also use theyre mobo tho. I I do sell the lot ill probably cry of happines and get myself a new PC

Fair enough, well you mean 1155 right? cause second and third gen were 1155 (sandybridge and ivy) with 1150 for Haswell and Broadwell :P

Well I doubt they are skylakes, could be since the school switched to APPLE and have no Pc's at all
