Ultra SFF build CPU Options

I am planning on doing sff build in a case so small it cannot for a regular psu so I'm forced to use a Pico PSU (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005TWE6B8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_4DzjxbF1B5594) and I need to find a cpu with good enough onboard graphics to run counter strike go on high 1080 but consume less than 160 watts (200 peak for short amount of time). Will the A10 7890k require too much power and if so, what are the alternatives?

are you planning to put it on batteries by any chance?
