fuck Nvidia

In my experiences I have had just as many driver issues with amd and nvidia neither one is really better when it comes to drivers.

Yes. Stick to that one (and don't upgrade again until we declare the next set of drivers to be safe)

Also you have Display connection through mobo or GPU?

 

The only time someone got something similar is when GPU dislodged itself from PCI e port ....

This, check if the GPU is loose from the PCI port. If that is not the case rollback the drivers to when they last worked.

It's not bugged for everyone, but it's been bricking cards and causing irreparable BSODs left right and centre. You got lucky

yeah, my 560 ran BO2 with no problems for years, then all of a sudden, new drivers came and now it crashes even when I play Rocket League sometimes. But BO2 now crashes minutes into a game.

I guess  I am lucky; I have 364.72. If it does brick, will nVidia replace it?

Anyway..roll back the drivers...that should have been a little obvious but whatever....

If even that doesnt help, use the driver CD they gave you  (!)

 

Check if its your slot's problem by testing with another card

 

Check if the pins on the damn card are clean

I've never had a driver problem with any gpu drivers on my personal PC's/Laptops whether AMD or Nvidia.  Have had a lot of company laptops with integrated driver issues over the years.
